The move clarifies brand architecture, introduces the leadership team, Africa expansion plans, and sets 

up a November spotlight on next-gen SmartGuard Endpoint security.

Lagos, Nigeria — Oct 29, 2025: Smartcomply Technology Solution (aka Smartcomply Secure), today announced its product to business evolution and rebrands to “Seequre”. This evolution and rebrand will allow Seequre (formerly Smartcomply Secure) to operate as a focused, standalone entity with its own executive leadership and roadmap. The move tightens governance and delivery for customers, supports planned expansion into Francophone West Africa and East Africa, and tees up a November feature spotlight on SmartGuard Endpoint Security Solution, a next-gen enterprise cybersecurity posture management platform.

The new leadership team of Seequre includes Daniel Obot, Efe Ohwonigho, and Adetayo Adetokun. Together, they will steer delivery, partnerships, and product direction across Nigeria and priority African markets, while maintaining continuity for existing customers.

Value today, with more coming in November. Customers immediately benefit from v2.5 enhancements, stronger control-based compliance, improved evidence workflows, and clearer reporting. In November, Seequre will spotlight SmartGuard Endpoint Security, with real-time endpoint security, behavioural analysis, and automated response/remote quarantine, designed to reduce tool sprawl and shorten time-to-action. Final feature details and availability will be confirmed at launch.
